A Tampa Bay mother from Hillsborough County, Florida, says she and her family have been facing harassment due to the nature of the content she posts online.
Sara Cheek earns a living through OnlyFans (known as Sara Blake), a platform where users pay to view content, often explicit in nature.
“I create content on OnlyFans,” Sara mentioned. “Besides that, I’m involved in sports talk, make predictions for various sports networks, and also work as a Playboy model.”
Having spent the past three years in the adult content industry, she claims that this has led to her children being targeted and bullied.
“Now that I’m reaching different levels of success, it seems to either intimidate others or trigger insecurities about their own life choices,” Cheek explained. “They end up projecting those feelings onto me, without realizing the impact it has on my kids.”
Sara and her husband Matt have four children, ranging in age from 3 to 11. Last October, they say their 9-year-old son Camden was involved in an incident while playing hockey at the Ellenton Ice & Sports Complex. Matt described the environment as tense, with parents often getting into arguments.
“Camden was slammed into the glass right in front of [Sara],” Matt shared.
He recalled that the father of the child involved in the incident shouted, “Yeah, take that kid out.”
“Sara turned to him and said, ‘Seriously?'” Matt remembered.
Three days following the incident, the Cheek family received an email from the complex’s general manager. The message informed them that Camden was no longer allowed to participate in hockey at the facility, and the family was banned from entering the premises.
When asked for a comment, the complex’s general manager did not provide one.
“It’s been really tough to see our kids go through this,” Sara said. “We make a clear separation between work and family life, so witnessing them suffer is one of the most heartbreaking things a parent can experience.”
While she says she is treated with respect in her professional endeavors, her personal life has been more challenging.
